Just did this...while it works, I wouldn't exactly call it HDTV. I picked up an AVerKey3 Plus unit (manufacturer = AVerMedia) off eBay for $50-60, and it permits you to take the 2400's VGA out to a box that cables into either the s-video or RCA inputs of your TV.
