In the article you've referenced above, did you happen to follow the link to
the article it references? You may want to read the update at the end of the
original article as it had been updated. Here is the first line of the
update: 

"There is some discussion coming in suggesting that the data from both
sources are not exactly correct. "

I'm guessing powerpage.org (the link you provided) isn't aware of the update
and didn't update their article to indicate the update.

Can I sound any more confusing ;^)
