it is not that simple. This must be a professional job!
You have to be ready to spend quite some money for a start. Then you need to
find an expert plastic molder and ask them to do this for you. Since one
mold can produce up to 15 clear cases, you better organize a group of at
least15 people around you and share the cost. For your information, from our
experience, it costs around 200 US dollars for one clear part on a 15 people
sharing basis, which means you will have to pay nearly 800 dollars if you
want to make your PB 'fully clear'.

I'm not talking about their material here, epoxy resin even polycarbonate
are not expensive, the mold cost a lot.
