In OE there is a command under the file menu to export contacts. You can create a tab delimited text file with that. Then open that file in Excel and clean it up. Be sure and label your fields with the same names in the same order as the database you will be sending it to. When it looks the way you want it, do a save and under the file type option in the save window select tab delimited text file. Now you can open up your new address book software and do an import. I converted my ancient Address Book Plus files and my Yahoo address book to Palm Desktop this way and it worked fine.
