There is an outside chance that I may be in the UK sometime soon(ish) 
on business... with hopefully several days added on to visit old 
haunts and friends. I have no idea when (or even *if*) this will 
happen, as it is contingent on factors beyond my control. I would 
also be in London and the west country... In other words Nowhere Near 
Newkie.

I am probably one of the folks on the list best qualified to do the 
job for you... I just have no idea what sort of timeframe I can 
promise. Could be in two weeks, could be two months. Sorry.


I always travel with my set of screwdrivers, as I never know when 
I'll need to perform repairs on my own 2400c.

I'd also be more than willing to 'talk' you, or anyone for that 
matter, through the procedure, either over the phone or some kind of 
online chat. Just let me know.
