In an earlier discussion about farallon ethernet cards and replacing their dongles, someone metioned that a 3Com dongle ought to work because the card was OEMed by 3Com. (The card does say '3Com' right on the front)
Could I purchase one of the 10-base T dongles for a 3Com card and just plug and play? are there any specific dangers to worry about?
