Still have a couple of Syquest and Bernoulli drives somewhere in the junk pile, which are Tempest level units....basically copper foil around the drives, grounded every inch or so. The Bernoulli actually had a special face and case....weighed a ton compared to the normal unit w/plastic face (case long since gone). Got mine from a friend who worked for an agency with three letters and who could not discuss his employment <<grin>>. As tech changed, the old units were scrapped/sold or destroyed if they employed certain modifications. You see some still at gov't auctions. As I play with "weak signal" amateur radios, the Tempest units are quite nice to have....they don't interfere as badly with my radios...you'd be amazed how electrically noisy a computer is...tho Macs tend to be cleaner than PCs (that "lowest bidder" construction leaks like a sieve!!)
