Listers, I'm a new 2400c owner (thanks, Kyle!), and I'm still learning how to use my new friend. (It is a 180 MHz/48 MB/1 gig model, running OS 8.6.) However, I haven't figured out to get my GV ethernet/modem PC card to work. I'm trying to connect to my 7500 (Powerlogix G3 350 Mhz/272 MB/1 gig, OS 8.1) via ethernet, and the Apple Talk control panel (on the 2400) doesn't list ethernet as one of the choices. The 3 choices it shows are Infrared Port (IrDA); Modem/Printer Port; and Remote Only. None of those works. The Chooser doesn't "see" the 7500. I've tried the card in both the upper and lower slot, and the icon for the PC card does show up on the desktop. Could I be missing some software for the PC card, or am I doing something wrong? Any suggestions?
