Well, I just got off the phone with them, and they are currently doing an
extended burn-in test on a new batch of RAM modules. The gentleman on the
phone stated that they currently have three complaints of this type, two of
which, the RAM showed up immediately as 32MB (one of those was me,) and the
third, worked for a few days as 64MB, then dropped to 32MB. He also stated
they are trying to overnight the new replacements.

He seemed genuine in his desire to help and resolve the issue and I would
have considered a third replacement (three strikes and your out,) but
someone on the list has offered their old 64MB module, so I am going to
return the RAM for a refund.

Thanks, hope this information helps someone else,
Mark
