Has anyone tried this? It looks like they have it pictured with a Powerbook
3400.

What's New in Batteries

> POWERBASE is designed to give the mobile computer user over twice the run time
> of their internal notebook battery. When used with a car cord and combined
> with your computer's fully charged internal battery pack, up to 10 hours of
> mobile computing time can be achieved. This helps eliminate the need for
> carrying spare batteries or searching for the nearest electrical outlet.
> POWERBASE has a heavy duty 12 volt DC cigarette lighter power outlet which
> connects to your notebook computer through the use of a car cord or a
> car/airline cord . This guarantees compatibility with a large variety of
> notebook computers as well as other electronic devices.
> POWERBASE stores neatly in any notebook computer carrying case main or
> accessory compartment. This allows it to be kept under a conference table or
> an airline seat when being used. Thanks to its convenient size it also fits
> nicely underneath any typical notebook computer when table top use is
> required.
