Devon, UK, again.

Back to an earlier query, though delayed in testing/replying by real
world, and by Soccer World Cup excitement - even if not rabid
follower of the game.

Jose,

Appreciate the suggestions, tried all of them and others, but still
having the installer quit on me without explanation.

Tried the Toast installer on two different machines, and on same with
only necessary extensions loaded. No success. (2400 and 3400).

Roxio's tech reply seemed to suggest there should be no problem...

Toast 5 should work on a PowerPC running OS 8.6 or later. We
suggest you have 24MB Ram, 100MB free disc space, and
QuickTime 4. Please check your other specs, the software
should work with what you have.

Still seems to be looking for something that it isn't finding, and
deciding instead to abort.

Any suggestions out there as to what the installer could be looking for?

Thanks,

Marc
