IIRC, the modem is under the right(as you look at the computer from the back) leg on the back, if you have a modem. Swivel the legs down, the modem is on the right and the serial/printer port on the left (I think - I don't have my Duo with me). At any rate, the serial and modem ports are under the legs on the back of the Duo.
