Ok, I've changed it to a .sit file so IE and others will actually download the file, rather than try to download and launch it in the browser. Took me about six minutes to DL it...starting at 135Kb/sec decreasing to 75Kb/sec...probably someone else trying at the same time. ;-)
Once expanded it works fine. Let me know if anyone has further problems.
