as a lister of OWC's tech forum and XPF junkie, I can only highly 
(and I mean highly) recommend using a real Apple CD-ROM for the OSX 
installation. good luck, and hopefully when a few more bugs are 
worked out (like the energy saver) it'll be installed on my Comet, 
too!
