I have used several different PCMCIA cards in my 2400's over the years
including:

Communicard Plus which is a combination data/fax for phone AND an ethernet
connection.

Diamond Supra PC Card 56k data/fax

Farallon 56k data/fax/ethernet

TDK CyberExpress 5600 56k data/fax

I cannot emphasis enough the beauty and simplicity of the TDK CyberExpress
5600! It is a simply "plug and play" card with no necessity for
drivers/software, etc.

The ironic thing about the TDK card is that it is made primarily for PC's!
Therefore, you won't find it at most Mac sites. Search for TDK model DF5600.

However, it works better than any Mac "dedicated" card that I have used.
