I think I remember two little holes where one sticks a paper clip end,

Duo batteries are completely different.  You want the 100 series charger,
e.g. 140, 145, 150, 160, ... to 180C

Just unscrew the keyboard, and the RAM is on the right side under the kb.

No problem.  It's a nice machine, if you can find the RAM adapter to make
the duo RAM fit.  BTW, the 150 is an IDE hard drive.
