Icab has no fully functional mail client sw of it`s own - the ability to send mails is called a jury-rigged solution in the help files. You need to specify the mailer you want to use in InternetConfig and disable the MAILTO function under "Internet Protocols" in Icab. Then calculate the amount of RAM used for the OS, iCab and the mail program and see whether 24 MB is enough. I for one have successfully employed Icab and Claris emailer on a 230 (OS 8.1 - 56 MB phys.). Of course, once you have installed an e-mail client, mailing from within Icab is only a matter of convenience while browsing... Edgar
