I don't own a 2400 but I do have the Service Source Manual for it. It says the PRAM battery is a rechargable Lithium Ion. It does not specify voltage. I then look at the exploded view and it appears to me that the PRAM battery is comprised of at least 3 cells. I think that a 3 cell lithium Ion battery should have a nominal voltage greater than 3.8 volts. Most Li-Ion cells are 3 to 3.6 volts PER CELL. Perhaps my assumptions are incorrect about what voltage your battery should have but I thought it might be of help. Good luck. Greg __________________________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
