Hi Peter,

It's simply called "Network Utility" which is part of OSX. I've also
connected to a machine running OS9. The only thing I found was to make sure
all the AppleTalk variables were set properly, such as using Ethernet, and
setting the TCP/IP control panel properly to connect with Ethernet as well.
I know it took forever to get it figured out, but it finally worked. You can
try using the "Connect To" utility, and then enter the IP number, which you
may have. Try using the System Utility to find out all you network settings,
to make sure the Ethernet is working etc. I'm not using the Asante dock, I
have a NewerTech micro dock, but the software settings should be the same
for either one.

Good luck,

Jackie
