I changed all the default fonts in the prefs. Depending on which you 
choose, you can then kinda control things via the 2 font setting boxes. 
(I force pages to use only my two chosen non-serif fonts, set for 12 with 
a 9 minimum. Also, make sure the CSS setting is 72 not 96dpi  ;) . A 
boring solution, but it works.
