C28 solved the problem on my duo dock. But hey, there is no reason to not replace them both. You simply need a capacitor(s) that has the same value in microfarads (or nearly so) and as great or greater value in voltage rating. I won't hurt to spend a little time visually inspecting all the other capacitors for any obvious signs of leaking (don't confuse with glue and potting materials) or any signs of overheating evidenced by charred surfaces or bad, burn-type smells.
