Thanks for the assistance.
I have the following:
1 ea 4MB module made by Cubig w/8 Siemens chips.
1 ea 4MB module made by Apple AP1610-02 w/NEC chips.
1 EA 8Mb module made by Transcent KA KS-17 1894. It's also marked
Duo/270 which leads me to believe it's for Duo 270. :-)

1EA unknownMB module made by Unigen KA-17 21 95, 16 chips (8 are
MCM54800AJ70 U88GE9529 {mounted on top} and 8 are SEC 528Y
KM42C2100ALT-7 which are mounted on the bottom.

1EA unknownMB module made by Apple AP1610-02 w/16 chips (8 are NEC
42S4800-70 9437MU602 {mounted on top} and 8 are NEC 42S4800-70 9435MU6
16 which are mounted on the bottom. One chip has a sticker on it saying:
NEC MC-228-70 9451M1506109.

1EA unknownMB, unknown manufacturer w/20 chips on it. 4 of the 10 on top
are NEC42S4800-70 9528HU625, the other 6 are LGS GM71C17800CJ6 9739, 4
of the 10 on top are NEC42S4800-70 9528HU626, the other 6 are LGS
GM71C17800CJ6 9739.

So, can anyone help determine the MB for the three unknown modules?
They're all for sale too if anyone needs them.
Thanks for any assistance.
Chuck

If there's no label on the module identifying the size, it's really
tricky
but not impossible to ID them. Typically the chip would have numbers
like
4096-8 which would indicate 4 megabit (DRAM chips are almost always 1
bit
wide per chip) and 80 ns not that it's useful for Duo. Then count the
number of chips. if there's only 8 chips, then it's 4 M x 8 bit or 4
Megabyte total. 8 chips would mean 4M x 16 bit or 8 Megabyte total.
Some
chip may use 4000 instead of 4096 so don't be fooled by it. You
probably
won't see any chips smaller than 4000 x 1bit as Duo RAM were never
offered
in size smaller than 4MB.

Some chip manufactures don't use this scheme so you'd have to search
through
the chip manufacture's site for chip specs. Or just post the details
here
and some experts or someone who already have the same module can tell
back.
