you might never need to upgrade it even.
All I did was a larger 10gb HD (from my Ti-book) and upped the RAM to 80mgs
I have yet to REALLY need the Cardbus upgrade... I am waiting to do it with a new processor(maybe).
I do a bit of games or tweaking or internet on my lunch hours or breaks.
i use mine with a wireless card at coffee shops for internet.
if you ever travel or live in a city these surfspots are becoming more common
the 2400 gets you SO MUCh closer to the current state of computing. More options to upgrade should you need to and still a nice portable size.
Another Litmus may be how many older duos have been up for sale here, and not as many 2400's i think. Even with the new ibook's attractive features and prices.
