Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe this list may have originated on the University of Waterloo server, here in Canada. And then was subsequently moved. If that is in fact the case, then the list itself is "foreign."The only argument I can see favoring English only is that this is a US based list. I think since the list resides in the US, it is not inappropriate to consider other languages foreign. Although officially the USA does not have a national language... Aqua
