Greetings:

I'd like to max out the memory in a 2400. Does someone know what type
of memory is required by the PB2400c/180 (and a good source)?

I trotted off to the local authorized Apple dealer and bought a 64 MB SO
DIMM. The DIMM fit perfectly in the 2400 but was not recognized by the
OS at boot time. We tried different DIMMs as well as three different
sizes - none were recognized. Does the 2400 need an SO DIMM which is
different than the SO DIMMs required by the iBook? (The Mac dealer
didn't think so nor did the Apple tech support rep whom they called.)

thanks,
-tom
