So, according to everything I find at Apple, System 7.1 is the earliest that is supported on the 230. Has anyone tried to load System 6?? I recently managed to resurrect a backup HD from my old MacPlus (that I've not tried to boot since the boot HD crashed some years ago). I dumped the files to the 230 and was thinking that it could serve as a substitute, but I've got some really old things that I recall wouldn't run under System 7 on the Plus. Hence the thought of installing System 6 on the 230 and using System Picker to switch between OS's.
