I have both a Duo 280c and a 2300c, but the 280c has more RAM than the 2300c. Can I transfer the RAM from the 280c to the 2300c?
Sure, you can transfer. Have transferred 8mb from PB280c to PB2300c from 36mb to 44mb. The maximum ram for PB2300c is 56mb with standard base ram of 8/20 mb.
