I've been lurking this month but I now have reason to post. :)
I am now the proud owner of my first PB Duo 2300c with 3 docks! I already own a PB Duo 270c and I bought a PB Duo 230 (mistook the model number when I glanced at the posting as a PB Duo 280) on eBay earlier this year. My current problem is that the seller of my new PB Duo 2300c accidently broke the screen casing. I theorize that I will need another PB 2300 for parts especially for the screen casing. Is this correct?

Additionally, the normal Duo Dock (the large slide in dock case) has damage too. The flip up/down cover is broken off and the fan cover is broken. Again, I theorize I will need a similar device for parts?

Also, the system came with a normal Duo Dock (the large slide in dock case), a NewerTech UltraDock 16sce, a e-machines PowerLink Presenter and a Farallon EtherWave AAUI adapter (2 ports?!). Does anyone have any software for any of this equipment that I can download? I can do a Google search if no one has any of this available, I just wanted to check here first than spend my nights hunting down software that I could have obtained through the list. :)
Finally, the key for the Duo Dock was bent 90 degrees (!?). Am I able to go to the local key maker and get a new key made?
Thanks in advance!
Sincerely,
R. McFarlane
