So you'll have to format a floppy, name it EtherTech Installer, copy the installer to it then run it from there. Not so bad unless the floppy is connected to the EtherDock and requires a driver before the floppy can be used...
What I had to do is make a Disk Copy image. To the system it's just another floppy, but it isn't ;)
The problem is there's no way to attach a floppy to the Etherdock, and the driver will refuse to install (I think) without the etherdock attached. Though a custom install might work.
I made (or maybe it came that way? Don't remember now) a SMI of it and it's worked fine ever since when I've needed to reinstall it.
