option whilst emptying the Trash??
The problem is the files won't go _in_ the trash.


Try using a "shredder" app on 'em first. I use ShredIt which deposits
its output directly into the trash. I also keep a tiny app named
"Empty Trash" in my startup items folder, as sometimes the best way
to empty said trash turns out to be by simply restarting. YMMV, of 
course.
