Attempting to overclock either a stock 2400c, a Mighty Cat, or one with a G3 upgrade has been done by some of the more adventurous Japanese owners, but didn't provide enough of a speed boost Vs. heat increase to warrant it. I can't remember the specifics, but he didn't get very far with it. I think the Mighty Cat was able to achieve higher speeds...
