Sorry to hear replacing the fan didn't help. Try
putting on some headphones with some relaxing music
playing, or how about some ear-plugs?
Otherwise, you might be able to build a small box
lined with fiberglass insulation that fits over the
fan hole in the dock, and extends several inches out
from the dock. The noise is probably coming from the
fan blades. The insulation might diffuse the noise.

I deriveted the PS, toggled the fan, putted another
new fan, riveted 
again the ps and... the noise is more or less the same
;(
I fear the noise coming from the dock is not the fan,
or vibration, but 
the air-sound entering and exiting the dock.
