Hi all!
I am new to this list and this is my first post... glad to have found you!
I have recently bought an Apple Powerbook 2400 together with a Global Village Modem/Ethernet PC card.
During the PC cards's firmware update, I accidentally pulled the notebook's power plug and the machine went to sleep due to a low battery charge. The firmware update failed and rendered the card unusable.

I cannot upload the firmware again using my Powerbook, since it doesn't recognize the card.
A request for support from Global Village turned out to be useless, since the company that built the PC-cards was first sold and got bancrupt later...
Is there any possibility of uploading the firmware with another device? (I am working for a big computer manufacturer in Taiwan, but don't know enough about the subject to know who to ask for help...)
Alternatively, does anybody know, what kind of network cards work with the PB2400 and where I could get them (new or used would both be okay)...
 Thanks for your help, Markus
