[Duo2400] Ethernet Networking OS9 and OSX

I've got a Farallon card on it's way for the 2400c. Would anyone be 
able to point me in the right direction for information on ethernet 
networking between the two OS's. I've plenty of experience with OS9 but 
the procedure seems more complex in OSX. A link to a good webpage would 
be just the ticket as I've tried googling around without much luck.
