Starting up with the shift key depressed works fine, however, turning off all extensions manually (to allow later pinpointing of the culprit extension) using the extensions manager results in a crash again.
Did you test it with the OS 9 base and then the OS 9 all extension sets or did you unclick all the extensions yourself?
If it won't work with the OS 9 base and all sets, I'm mystified.
