It's under Sharing. You have to activate Personal File Sharing. You also need to go to Network, and activate AppleTalk for one of your network interfaces. Pick out an easy Chooser name as well. I use AppleTalk all the time at home between my Cube, and older PowerBooks, or my wife's iMac.
