Some resources here.
I used to run a program called Vision, by Opcode on my Mac plus.
It was an excellent midi sequencer, but the discs are not accessible to me, in 
storage. Digital Performer was another early piece of software.
Try some Mac music groups or lists. For that matter, Quicktime can play midi 
files.
