After all we have Mac's which puts us out of the Norm anyway!
Search eBay for the screws.
Try to shake the book and see if anything rattles. The screw may have
dropped inside and the tech was to lazy to dig it out!
Hey it's happened!!!!! Perhaps the Tech screwed up!
