I looked on my Duo and Drive Setup is on the hard disk in Utilities, but it
won't let you initialize the hard drive (startup disk).
You have to do it from the floppy.

Look in the "Utilities" folder for the "Drive Setup" program. It may be a
misprint, but the manual seemed to say that the Drive Setup program is on the
hard disk as well.
