I have an old Mac Plus that doesn't work. I was thinking about a MacQuarium, or a
Mac TV, but then it occurred to me ... I also have an old Duo 230, which is
missing some case pieces and is generally in bad shape from years of trusty
[ab?]use.

So, I started thinking, what if I combine the two? The 230 has a 9.5" B&W LCD
screen. The Plus has a 9.5" B&W screen. I could just gut the Plus, and set up the
Duo inside the Plus case. I could even put the power supply in there as well and
make the whole thing self-contained. To the extent I need to access the ports, I
could simply run extension cables to the existing ports on the Plus. I could even
make a real ADB to RJ-11 conversion to use modern ADB devices with the old
connectors. It would be sort of like the retro-TAM.

The only thing that would be better is if I could figure out how to use the Duo's
keyboard as an external keyboard in the old 230 case, but, I'm afraid the ribbon
cable would not run far enough.
