That's true, but where is the "somewhere" at which you can find a 48M 
card? And will it recognize the 8M "on board"? I recently placed a 28M 
card (from Newer) in my 2300 only to find that the built-in 8M were not 
addressed. 
I would be grateful for any hint on where to find expansion cards and how 
to decide whether they are truly compatible.
