When I want a trackpad on my Duo, Since I already have a floppy adapter, I
attach a very small and convenient Alps Trackpad to the ADB port and place
it on the deck of the duo. It has 3 programmable buttons and works nicely.
You can find them all over them place. I bought mine a while ago for under
$10 each in bulk. (a dozen). As long as you have something with ADB, I
recommend the Alps trackpad.

Keep your trackball unless you're going for the "nuveaux" [sp.]. (old
machinery with new looks)

Soon, I will be getting some cool trackball replacement kits made for the
Duo... I am getting chrome steel, acrylic, white nylon, blue plastic and
maybe aluminum too. If I can get the aluminum balls, I'll see about
getting it anodized for the wacky colors. I'll let the list know when I
get the packages put together. It'll be 20 - 50 ball bags, so there'll be
plenty to go around (insert joke here). Just a small side project. I also
hope to install LEDs in and around the keyboard of my machine for nighttime
use.. If anyone has the ability/skill to collaborate on this, LMK.
