If you'll look on the RasterOps web site, you'll see that Newer Tech took
over servicing the DuoMate stuff.  Newer Tech will send you the drivers.
Or I have them, still, I think.  I bought a 16sc for my 2300c, never
dreaming that it wouldn't work.  2300c users have to get the Newer Tech
16sce, which will work.  By the way, apparently some of the early 16sc's
didn't work with the 280's either.
