I think one of my PC card slots, the lower one, has gone bad on my 2400c but
it's weird. My ethernet card seems to work fine in either the top or lower
slot. My Zoom V.90 card works fine in the top slot but it isn't recognized
at all in the lower yielding a modem not responding error. My backup 33.6
USR Cruise Card modem works fine in the top slot *and* works marginally in
the lower slot--in the lower slot I get connections but it disconnects after
a couple of minutes.

Does anyone know if there something different but normal about the lower
slot that would cause this behavior or is it bad? I hate to think of a
second trip to 2400c repair hell.
