Dear Sir;

I posted over a year ago that I had a bad cord on my power supply right
after I got my 2400C. I tried taking it to a Apple dealer all they
wanted to do was sell me a new one. I knew I could fix the problem with
a soldering iron and electrical tape. I pryed the case apart and fixed
the wire. The case is glued together so you have to pry it apart I think
I just used a screwdriver. Then fixed the wire and just have held the
power supply together since then with tape. It's not a perfect job but
has worked fine since then. I get flicker on the screen as I have heard
others on the list talke about though. If you have one of the old power
supplies around I would be interested in buying it.

Sincerely

Chris Thornburg
