I'd like to thank you all for your excellent help for solving my problem with my
Duo keyboard and trackpad, a problem which occurred after I spilt coffee on it.

Following the excellent advice at the JBDUOFAQ/frfaq.html and
http://members.aol.com/_ht_a/kim/computer/duo/duoopen.html and most of all the
respondents above, I now have a working Duo again.
Thanks very much.

All the best
Rory

I used a jeweller's screwdriver. Note the distance that the clips should come
out as noted at JBDUOFAQ/frfaq.html. Good point abou being careful with the long
keys, jpm; I almost broke one of the wires by trying to insert it incorrectly
into a key.

I successfully used alcohol to clean the sheets, although I did wipe off some of
the black compound attached to the keyboard wires, which was worrying.

I didn't need to do anything to the trackpad. Its working fine now.
