No need to panic, my friend. What I found surprising is the heat mostly produced by the 2.5 HD (Spinning) If you pull that HD out & in the PCMCIA Case that MCE has. The machine would be much ice"ier" My system runs Compact Flash. But beforwarned the price of these babes. They are top dollar. But it's extremely reliable media. (No head crashes) By the same token, you could use smart media cards w/PCMCIA adapter(Not cost effective) . Those are the 2 I currently use for a COOLBOOK.
