I'm hoping experienced Duo users can help me diagnose my keyboard problem. The keyboard on my 280c is dead. The power button & trackball work fine. An external keyboard and mouse connected to the ADB port on my minidock work fine. An inspection of the ribbon cables that connect the keyboard to the logic board doesn't show any obvious flaws or breaks. My questions are: - Have I missed any steps in my trouble-shooting? - Can I swap my Duo keyboard with one from a PB 140 or 540C? - Short of installing a new keyboard, is the any way to determine if my problem is a keyboard or logic board problem? - Anyone know of a source for replacement keyboards? What's a resonable price to pay? Thanks in advance for your help and suggestions. *************************************************** Tom Karlen [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.together.net/~vtchuck *************************************************** ---------- Duo/2400 List, The friendliest place on the Net!
