Good point, but it did the same thing when I downgraded to OS 8.1. It
wouldn't start up from the MiniDock the first time unless I disconnected
the dock. Now it works fine.
I originally did this upgrade of the OS because I wanted the improved
battery life under 8.6. It doesn't seem to run any slower or use anymore
RAM than 8.1 (a little more -- 8.1 took 9 MB, 8.6 is taking 10MB).
