Would it be possible to use a 2300 display with another laptop, or as an
external display with a desktop Mac? I realize the 2300 display has a
direct digital input, so let's assume it would be used with a digital video
card as my desktop display (I need a very small footprint, O.K.?).
Obviously, it would need its own power source as an external, like the
Apple 15" LCD flat panel display to power the backlight, but I assume that
this wiring can be split off to run power and video feeds externally. What
about various laptops, like the 1400cs for instance which only has a
passive matrix display to upgrade it to the active matrix 2300?
